The Creative Fam Academy is for those who want to elevate their creative skills, grow their business, and/or connect with a community of creators.

You can sign in to your account by clicking on the following link: {Click Here} then click, Log In.

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” option on the sign-in page.

Click on My Profile then Account, then select Security. From there, go ahead and enter your current password and the password you'd like to change it to.

To change your subscription plan, navigate to My Profile, Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

To update your billing information, ensure that you are signed into your account, select My Profile, then Account, then Billing. Under the payment method section, click on Use Another Card.

If you don’t want to continue with The Creative Fam Academy, you can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account. Click on My Profile then Account. Click Change Plan, then Cancel Membership (gray button). Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.
